Hello bright eyes

Ella is starting to open her eyes more and more.

I think she might be the best looking baby ever on the planet...but that could be just me.

Our dog Shiner is being very good with her.

Most of the time he is first to her room when she starts crying.

We Are HOME!

We all came home on Sunday.

Ella had her first doctors visit today and she is doing great.

She is Here!

Ella Kate Koumalats is here and just over 8 pounds.

She came into our lives a day early (around 4:20 yesterday) but Mom and Baby are both doing great.

We Know the Date!

Well, looks like we're scheduling a C-Section for this Friday, 9/12. The baby is measuring big (over 8 pounds already) and she's not coming down yet so they think a c-section is the best way to go. And I always thought I had "birthing" hips...guess not.
We'll keep you updated, if everything goes as planned, we'll have a new baby girl late Friday afternoon!
